Danny is the CEO of Hype. An entrepreneur since 18, he has spent the past 14 years building and leading marketing and growth teams. He began investing in crypto and emerging technologies in 2017 and brings a mix of brand strategy, macro insight and operator experience to Hype’s clients across the full marketing funnel.


Daniel leads Special Products at Hype, dreaming up unique campaign ideas and delivering them with speed and precision. A Creative Director with two decades in global agencies and 5+ years in crypto, he has shaped work for brands like Nike, Red Bull, Adidas, and VW, has been featured in Time’s Best Inventions, and won recognition from Cannes, Guldägget, and Awwwards.


Felix “Crypto Jesus” Howes brings 15 years of experience from a variety of industries including publishing, engineering and professional education. He joined crypto in 2019, running a private telegram community that enabled extensive DeFi and NFT degeneracy over the years. He's also a published musician and a world champion Jiu Jitsu practitioner - which is why at Hype he’s known as The Bouncer.

Timmy is VP Operations at Hype, where he oversees the systems and structures that support the agency’s growth and delivery. Since joining as an early senior hire, he has held leadership roles across strategy, client services, and operations, helping scale the agency to over 100 people.

George is a crypto strategist active since 2017 and a founding team member at Sei ($2.5B+), where he led marketing including the pivot to EVM. He now helps projects sharpen positioning and growth. Previously a UK-registered engineer, he designed complex mechanical systems and applies the same first-principles thinking to crypto.

Maria is VP of Client Services at Hype and a strategist active in DeFi since 2018. She previously held roles at Aave, MakerDAO, and Balancer. Before crypto she worked at McKinsey and Sky Italy. She also co-founded SpaghettETH, Italy’s Ethereum community, and was named to Forbes Italy Under 30 in 2022.

Ipshita spearheads events, experiential and agency brand marketing for Hype, running 30+ activations a year across four continents. Her edge comes from a career that started in hospitality, launching Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen in Dubai and a multi-event series for Victoria's Secret and Formula 1 under the Marriott Group. She co-founded Lemonade, an invite-only events platform where she oversaw 5 events a week for 2 years straight.

Rabin is VP of AI at Hype. Having spent the better part of a decade running full-funnel growth across both Web2 and Web3 for private banks, mobile apps, SaaS and crypto projects, he initially led Hype’s growth department, before falling down the rabbit hole early of AI, building tools and systems before most agencies knew what an LLM was.

Anastasia leads communications at Hype and has worked with more than 70 projects, helping technically complex teams articulate their “why” into clear narratives that resonate with the market. She built and scaled the PR department at Hype from the beginning, and now works across teams to align communications, strategy, and brand to bring cohesive stories to the right audiences.
