This data helps us to eliminate weakness in and improve our website. For information on the processing of personal data by the cookies set in this context, such as storage periods, please refer to our cookie settings below.

2.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, with its business address at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, to receive an overview of the website behavior of our visitors. Google Analytics allows us to collect and analyze data such as how far a visitor scrolled, which buttons were clicked on etc. In addition, Google Analytics helps us to collect, for example, demographic data, such as age, gender, interests, geographic characteristics, such as language settings and location, as well as technical characteristics, such as device type, search history, YouTube history and data from Google partner websites. We use this data to optimize our website. Google Analytics also helps us to identify how a user enters our website and which channel the user used (e.g., via a paid or unpaid advertisement, a Google search, a Facebook post, or a direct access to the website). This information allows us to see which marketing channels are working and which are not. Google Analytics also allows us to identify user paths, i.e., where users go on our website, whether they return to the homepage and how many users there are. With the help of this information, we can, for example, recognize whether the bouncing of many users is due to a technical defect of the website. This data gives us a good overview of our website and how it is used. Please note that even though user data is collected, we cannot draw any conclusions about your person by means of this data, as the reports we receive from Google Analytics are based on aggregated data.

2.2 PostHog

We also use PostHog, a products analytics suite provided by PostHog Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Fransisco, CA 94114, USA. PostHog collects your location (city, country), device details (such as device type and brand), browser details and language settings.
